About 50 yards in front of the condo, and stretching from
the Newport Pier to the Santa Ana River Jetty, lies the Newport Beach Municipal Beach with ideal bodysurfing conditions, great surfing and sand volleyball courts. With its sandy beach, this stretch of California coastline, is a popular gathering spot for surfers, sunbathers, and diners, and includes a nice blend of both local residents and visitors from around the world.
The famous Newport Beach boardwalk is right outside the condo’s door. During the summer months, the boardwalk is often busy with roller bladers, runners, skateboarders and bicyclists.
There are numerous excellent local restaurants, specializing
in freshly caught seafood.
