Living/Dining Room:
Slate covered steps lead you to the front door, which
immediately opens into the living room. Directly facing
the front door is the fireplace. Beautifully tiled with
marble, tumbled stone, and cast concrete mantle, the
fireplace rises 12 feet high, and has a fixed glass door
enclosing the gas flames.
To the right of the entrance you’ll at once notice
the open views of the sea. The windows and sliding glass
door are almost the width of the building and nearly from
floor to ceiling, providing light and an ocean view from
anywhere in this open area.
Brazilian Teak hardwood floors cover the main areas of
the condo. The living room is furnished with a comfortable
sofa
and occasional chairs, a television and VCR/DVD and
small CD music system.
The dining area, with built-in China Hutch,
has a table and chairs for 4. The table is
located near the kitchen/bar area which has 4
barstools along the granite counter for
additional seating.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is recently renovated and fully equipped
with high-end appliances including microwave, Dacor
convection oven, Viking cooktop, Bosch dishwasher, Subzero
fridge/freezer and granite counter tops. There are full
place settings for 8 people, glasses, and cooking equipment.
From the kitchen there is a view of the ocean through the
floor to ceiling windows off the living room.
Behind a door directly off the kitchen are the washer and dryer.
Laundry soap is provided for your use during your stay.
Master Bedroom:
Located at the end of the hallway, the Master Bedroom
is decorated in shades of beiges and blue-greens, the
carpeted master bedroom has a queen-size feather bed,
wrought-iron headboard, dresser, closet, and television.
Master Bathroom:
This ensuite bathroom is light and bright
with white tiles with celadon green accents,
a skylight, and 2 person shower.
A hair dryer is provided for your use.
2nd Bedroom:
Nicely appointed in shades of gold and blue, this bedroom
has a queen-size featherbed set high off the floor,
a small dresser and closet.
Bathroom:
Recently renovated, this bathroom is off the hallway.
Like the 2nd bedroom, gold and blue are the predominant
colors with Tuscan gold travertine and slate walls
and floors. The sink is a carved travertine bowl.
Dimmer switches on the lights can make this bathroom
a nice romantic retreat for a long soak in the tub.
Balcony:
The slate balcony is directly above the boardwalk and
is the perfect place to have your morning tea or coffee,
alfresco drinks and dining, or sunbathing, all with a
stunning sea view. The beach in front of the unit is a
very popular surf spot. There is a gas BBQ, chaise lounge
and barstools for your use.
